Hi there, I can confirm having the same bug here since upgrading to Buster.
The bug seems to be identified and corrected upstream: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gjs/issues/223 I don't know if it is easy to apply the proposed patch to the Debian version. Tarik
