Hi Paul, The SiriDB project once started by using the Eclipse IDE which generates the make-files and adds the "Auto generated.." comments. Since the project is ejected from Eclipse we can now simply remove the comments and make future changes by hand. (This does not happen a lot, so changes are relative easy to maintain).
