Seems like this error was caused by an old version of openoffice.org-gnome. I upgraded the openoffice.org-gnome package from 2.0.1-5 to 2.0.2-2 and now everything works fine again. Maybe ooo should conflict with old versions of openoffice.org-gnome or force an upgrade of this package.
