Package: iwd
Version: 0.19-1
Severity: important

Upon initial install iwd fails to start. The (somewhat cryptic) error
from systemd is:

Aug 07 20:26:00 host systemd[19298]: iwd.service: Failed to set up mount
namespacing: No such file or directory
Aug 07 20:26:00 host systemd[19298]: iwd.service: Failed at step NAMESPACE
spawning /usr/libexec/iwd: No such file or directory

Upon a little investigation I realized that the missing directory is
/var/lib/iwd. Creating that directory allows the service to start. Seems that
the package should probably create that directory.
