Thanks for packaging 4.2.2! I noticed that this package doesn't have a systemd unit file. I saw that there was a basic one upstream, but it lacked some features. I've submitted this upstream bug, but as you may know upstream development is paused until September 2019. In the meantime if you have some spare cycles, it would be great if you could do a quick review on this PR? https://github.com/Motion-Project/motion/issues/869 The Debian maintainer's input on the init scripts which are currently included upstream (which this bug touches) would also be valuable I think.
