I run into similar problems when simply running dub: dub: symbol lookup error: dub: undefined symbol: _D4core8internal4hash9bytesHashFNaNbNiPxvmmZm Also, the build system of the package lix is affected, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=925769 (That one is reported as it affect gcc-9 only, but I run into it on a standard unstable machine).
