Bug#926642: [dvipdfmx] dvipdfmx ignores "-m" option

Dear Hilmar,

dvipdfmx in texlive-binaries_2018.20180907.48586 works well with
"-m option". However, dvipdfmx in texlive-binaries_2018.20181104.49075 and
later ignores "-m option".

Thanks for the report. Confirmed.
The author will fix it this weekend.
