Well, debian-watch-uses-insecure-uri is really trivial.  That's just
s/http/https/ on the URL.

The standards update is also not hard; it's just a matter of following
the checklist at:

https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/upgrading-checklist.html

and looking at the sections starting at:

https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/upgrading-checklist.html#version-3-9-4

and moving upwards.


The debian/copyright warnings are is just outdated because some of the
files it lists simply aren't there any more.  I'm also not convinced
many of them are needed given the wildcard match.
