Well, debian-watch-uses-insecure-uri is really trivial. That's just s/http/https/ on the URL. The standards update is also not hard; it's just a matter of following the checklist at: https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/upgrading-checklist.html and looking at the sections starting at: https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/upgrading-checklist.html#version-3-9-4 and moving upwards. The debian/copyright warnings are is just outdated because some of the files it lists simply aren't there any more.
