I have the same problem:
- report wiz does not open; only a writer page is opened - with only
name and date;
- form wiz does not open; nothing happens
- query wiz does not open; nothing happens
- table wiz seems to works finz
In writer:
- agenda wiz opens a writer window in read-only mode and that all; the
window can't be closed!
- web page wizard crashe OOo
Note that a similar bug was reported in openoffice.org-writer's bugs:
