Upstream had already bumped their SOVERSION to 3
long time ago. We didn't bump it in the past
because the ABI is actually compatible.
According to the previous discussion on -devel,
I'd better bump it to 3 following upstream.

There is neither API nor ABI bump. Just a SOVERSION
change.
