Bug#932861: boot failure because e2fsprogs should depend on logsave

Thanks, Kyle. I took the liberty of bumping this to critical severity 
and updating the title because it breaks the whole system (failure to boot).

After booting my system with the previous kernel/initramfs, I was able 
to install logsave, but also needed to run "update-initramfs -u" to 
update the latest initramfs to include logsave before it was able to boot.
