I'm not entirely sure, but based on the information provided here it looks like there may have been an override file in place which later got removed.
If this bug is still occurring and/or reproducible then I'll happily look into it. However, if it is not longer happening then I suspect this was an override/config error and the bug could be closed. - Jesse
