s3ql build-depends on the obsolete transitional package texlive-generic-extra , please build-depend on texlive-plain-generic instead. I have succesfully built a package for raspbian bullseye with this change. A debdiff should show up soon at https://debdiffs.raspbian.org/main/s/s3ql
