Thank you for your answer. But can I perform a case insensitive search
(regarding filenames) in Midnight Commander? If not, could you reopen this
bug with severity request? I would like to see separate switches for
case-insensitive search both for filename and contents. Or behaviour equal to
egrep's one, which mc help refers to:
"-i, --ignore-case
Ignore case distinctions in both the PATTERN and the input
files."
(yes, it refers only to egrep itself, not for the case-(in)sensitiveness).
Or, eventually, just changing case insensitive to e.g. content case
insensitive, because I find the first one confusing.
Would you agree with that?
Besides, where can I find current behaviour description?
Yes, I know about external panelize, but find find command more convenient
(cannot imagine entering new panelize command for every new filename I am
looking for, because I cannot find any method for providing user input for
templated external panelize command).

Regards,
Robert
