Why is this package in Buster? pcregrep should either have gone away
or justified its continuing existence with a revised description (like
the one provided by the patch in this bug log) about a decade ago.
If its slight differences from "grep -P" are worth having, they're
worth mentioning to prospective users. And if the upstream source
code is worth reading, that should mean a VCS link for the library
package... except that I notice libpcre3-dev has now started carrying
warnings saying *not* to base any new project on this old library. So
the severity of this bug is gradually increasing.
