Hi Hilmar,
Thanks for following up on this issue (I must admit I had forgotten
about it).
The handling of feynman diagrams in latexmk (I have version 4.41) is
certainly much improved. Testing a file containing feynman diagrams, I
do still get an error on first compilation ("pdflatex: Command for
'pdflatex' gave return code 256"), but simply running latexmk again I
get no errors and correct output. If I run latexmk -f at the outset I
also get the desired outcome.
So I think this can be closed.
Thanks again
Tim

Hi Tim,
First, the praise: I find the latexmk package extremely useful for
nearly all of my needs.
Now, the request: when preparing documents including feynman diagrams
(prepared with the feynmf package), latexmk doesn't quite do everything
for me ... I still need to run feynmf in addition. It would be great if
latexmk could do this for me automatically.
The CHANGES file for latexmk reads:
From v. 4.28c to 4.29a
Latexmk now works with the feynmp package and mpost,
provided a suitable custom dependency is defined. (See the
example latexmkrc fragment mpost_latexmkrc in the
example_rcfiles directory in the latexmk distribution.)
To me it seems that your request has been implemented yet. Can you
confirm this?
