Package: mate-desktop-environment-core

Version: 1.20.0+5

Small windows (such the Monitor Preferences settings window) get stuck
(as if they were "snapping" to the side of a screen)when dragging it
horizontally across my largest display (2560x1440; plus two 1920x1080
displays). This also affects the windows for programs like Caja, but
only if the window is a particular size; enlarging the window to be (for
example) half the size of the monitor causes the window to no longer get
stuck. In addition, attempting to full-screen windows on this display
causes the window to be resized to approximately 600x1440 and moved to
the right of the display.

The expected behavior is for windows of any size to move horizontally or
vertically across the screen without stopping or sticking to points of
the screen. Windows snapping and resizing to the left, top and right
sides of the screen is expected.
