Bug#353264: GQview crashes on opening folder with said image

I have discovered that it is the image clipboard_01.svg from office 
folder of openclipart gallery, that is enough to crash the GQview upon 
opening the directory where the picture is stored in.

Can somebody confirm or deny, if the bug is or is not exploitable? Does 
it impose security risk based on Buffer overflow and arbitrary code 
execution?
