Maybe assigning it to php is the right thing to do, but googling more after sending the bug I found this bug on launchpad, it is dated 10 years ago, but seems similar: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-4.2/+bug/235070 And it points to a gcc related thing, maybe it has nothing to do with the problem in buster, I'm commenting it just in case.
