Can you please change the kernel command and remove the "quiet" parameter and instead add "systemd.log_level=debug" Then shutdown and make a screenshot when it hangs. Which command did you use to shutdown the system? If lspci freezes your system, you might have a kernel problem. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
