The server type, is a : standalone/member/AD-DC server ?
Are charset's defined in smb.conf?
Package: acl is not installed and based on "we dont know the server type".
I cant tell if its really needed here because you must have this installed
on a AD-DC setup.
So what i mean is this can go anywhere in debugging without the needed
smb.conf
And you might be able to avoid the segfault by setting the charsets in
smb.conf.
This does not mean we still need to debug this, keep that part in bugzilla
samba.org

Can the topic starter try to access this file again but change folder name :
CONTABILITA' to CONTABILITA
That should help and get him going again.
I suggest to try to avoid the following characters in file/folder names.
Some are allowed, but avoiding these do help.

/ forward slash
blank spaces ( in beginning or end of the files/folders )
