Yes, that is an endless game by now :-( I remember about 5-10 iterations of the same problem, either the separately packaged version is required, or when installed fails the tests. I am seriously wondering what is going on with per and unicode-collate that they cannot agree on anything. Yes, I am aware of that. I am still not sure what is the best option, since newer versions of perl often required changes in the tests. But I don't want to disable these tests generally.
