Hi, while looking into this on a current buster system I saw the the default configuration path stated in /etc/clamav/clamd.conf is:
LocalSocket /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl Also the package seems to correctly create /var/run/clamav and sets permissions: $ ll /var/run/ ... drwxr-xr-x 2 clamav root 60 May 8 13:57 clamav ... To me it seems the /etc/systemd/system/clamav-daemon.service.d/extend.conf file set by the package is no longer necessary and needs to be deleted?
