libglvnd Build-Depends on xvfb even though tests are disabled. This dependency is no longer necessary. As it happens, this dependency is part of cycles and poses a problem for bootstrapping Debian. Please drop it. Having it marked with <!nocheck> is also sufficient in case you want to reenable tests later. Helmut
