I'm not a hugin user myself so I don't know much about it but will try to understand. > [...] Hugin now works fine for me on Debian Testing, and I am > looking forward to the Buster release, so I won't have to rely on > Jessie-oldstable anymore [...] > But, big but, the next day there was a systemd-upgrade and > Hugin is now about as bad as it used to be for two years in finding > the control-points and making the pto-files. If I understand correctly, the issue is that: - while running testing/buster, hugin was working fine - after some systemd update in testing/buster, hugin performance decreased significantly Is this correct ? Can you provide a step by step listing of what you do to reproduce the issue ? Are you using this tool and procedure ? http://hugin.sourceforge.net/docs/manual/Hugin_Assistant_tab.html If yes, the issue is that when clicking the button "3. Create Panorama", hugin takes a longer time to produce the output in testing/buster than it used to in jessie + backports ? -- Alexis Murzeau PGP: B7E6 0EBB 9293 7B06 BDBC 2787 E7BD 1904 F480 937F
