The mono packages dependencies are very complex and involve a lot of circular dedendencies. You can see the graphs here <http://debian.semistable.com/dot/mono-classlib-1.0_unstable.png> <http://debian.semistable.com/dot/mono-classlib-2.0_unstable.png> Such cmplex circular dependencies, especially involving shared libraries are known to cause problems during upgrade between stable releases so we should try to get rid of them.
