Package: gdm-themes Version: 0.5 Severity: minor Some themes appear distorted on screens that are not 4x3. As 5x4 screens are quite widespread, and 16x10 screens are emerging everywhere, this is a nuisance.
An example is hantzley, which is completely bitmaps based. Some themes use SVG, which is much better; a positive example is happygnome, which uses a bitmap for the logo, but SVG for the background. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.14-1-686-smp Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages gdm-themes depends on: ii desktop-base 0.3.16 common files for the Debian Deskto ii gdm 2.13.0.10-2 GNOME Display Manager gdm-themes recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
