Hello! elilo-installer can be removed from the archive as the bootloader it installs, elilo, has been removed from the archive almost five years ago [1]. There is no concern of breakage as all architectures which used elilo in the past can now use GRUB without any problems, including ia64 which we just switched over to use the grub-efi-ia64 package. elilo is also dead upstream.
