Hi,

Whilst following up with #927476, I followed .gitlab-ci.yml and ran:

  $ t/bin/build-test-packages

… and then

  $ t/bin/runtests

As expected, I hit a problem with missing tag output. However, during
the calibration process I hit:

    Offering to re-calibrate the tags expected in tests with errors.

    t/tags/checks/control-file/control-file-rules-requires-root-binary-targets

    Cannot parse line control-file-rules-requires-root-binary-targets (source):
