While trying to backport php7.3 to stretch, I noticed that php won't build with the stretch version of libargon2 Current build dependency is: libargon2-dev | libargon2-0-dev This needs changing to libargon2-dev libargon2-dev - buster. Works. Not in stretch. libargon2-0-dev - stretch (doesn't build) Virtual in buster.
