Please go ahead with the upload and remove the moreinfo tag when the upload is ready to be unblocked. For future reference: Please avoid generic code-style rewrite/refactoring during freezes (and instead deploy it after the freeze). In the particular instance, it was manageable to review but most of the was "noise" due to that refactoring - this in turn increases the risk that the proposal is rejected. Thanks, ~Niels
