Dear Maintainer,
Just soon as I've enabled URL preview I was neither able to stop
matrix-synapse with /etc/init.d/matrix-synapse stop (only synctl stop
/etc/matrix-synapse/homeserver.yaml) neither start it. I got no error on
the stderr neither logfile. The only way to troubleshoot is:
# su matrix-synapse
$ python3 -m "synapse.app.homeserver" --config-path
/etc/matrix-synapse/homeserver.yaml --config-path
/etc/matrix-synapse/conf.d/
Missing lxml library. This is required for URL preview API.
Install by running:
sudo apt install python3-lxml
