Xournal++ is an application for notetaking, sketching and keeping a journal using a stylus. It can also be used to add annotations to PDF files. This is a rewrite of xournal which maintains a decent amount of backwards compatibility and is currently under active development. It is mentioned on the xournal homepage itself. It would be nice to have it in Debian together with xournal (or instead of xournal, in case the latter will end up being removed because of its age).
