File project-history.en.dbk, as of commit 176f60e3, refers to DebConf2 as the "second" Debconf in line 814. It is my understanding that it should be referred to as the "third" Debconf instead. Also, only the starting date is given (July 5th). I would suggest to mention the ending date as well (July 7th). Regards, Rafa.
