Bug#925978: shibboleth-sp2-common: fills up the /var/cache directory with incommon-metadata.xml.XXXX

Those are discovery feed cache files, and yes, it's fixed in V3, it was a 
regression that got fixed and rebroken a couple of times. It's an easy fix to 
backport if need be.
