Hi Werner Same problem here. It looks like a combination of Debian 8 with Kernel 3.16.0-8. We have around 25 servers having had this combo and at least 9 servers failing randomly today with: - kernel panic - XFS filesystem corruption (Metadata corruption detected / Corrruption of in-memory data detected. Shutting down filesystem)
Unfortunately I cannot provide a nice text as the crash is not logged We also downgraded all servers and are hoping for a fast fix as we put those packages on hold. Kind regards Emanuel
