On further investigation, what actually happened is there are apparently new shortcuts that have been added for "Switch to Application", which use the same `<super + "n">` key bindings as I had been using, which were then hopping me around between workspaces in a confusing order because they were jumping around based on some application ordering that I don't quite understand.
I am not sure why these aren't showing up in the keybindings section of the control center app. Maybe I have the wrong version for that... I was able to disable all of those in dconf-editor and now things are working as expected again. -- Wayne Rowcliffe
