From the bug's history, I cannot see, if the issue happens on a buster system or just on stretch systems.
Furthermore, the coredump shows that it is caused by gtk_drag_finish. Both coredumps on the bug hint that your issue is triggered by some drag'n'drop operation. Is that so?
