File project-history.en.dbk, as of commit 176f60e3, refers to DebConf12 as the "12th" Debconf in line 428. It is my understanding that it should be referred to as the "13th" Debconf instead. Please note that in line 1101 it is (correctly, in my opinion) referred to as the "13th" one. Regards, Rafa.
