Even with "Continue running background apps when Chromium is closed" option turned off in settings, Chromium still runs in the background when I close all tabs, close the entire window, or choose "Exit" in the menu. As seen on the attached screenshot. Even worse, the residual process does not accept SIGTERM, thus wasting cycles and RAM. SIGKILL still works, though. Maybe this (mis-)feature is good for some users, but if you offer an option there and I turned it off, it should respect that. --- Please limit your reply to 7-bit ASCII.
