FYI, I'm working right now on sorting out why android-sdk-meta/25.0.0+9
is having issues on out armel mips mipsel mips64el.

Also, FYI, android-sdk-meta/25.0.0+8 was in buster for a while, and was
removed because of android-framework-23.
