Package: eclipse-titan Version: 6.5.0-1 Followup-For: Bug #879816 I'm really sorry, but this bug keeps re-appearing again and again. I don't think it has been adressed at all so far.
Every time Debian updates the gcc version, it breaks the eclipse-titan package. I updated my system yesterday, and eclispe-titan was uninstalled automatically. Needless, to say, I use it as part of my everyday work :) Trying to re-install it: The following packages have unmet dependencies: eclipse-titan : Depends: gcc (< 4:8.2.0.0) but 4:8.3.0-1 is to be installed The bug has clearly still exists. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
