Package: libmariadbclient-dev-compat Version: 10.1.37-0+deb9u1 Severity: minor
Dear Maintainer, most packages I build using libmxsqlclient use the mysql_client script to find configuration. I would have expected libmariadbclient-dev-compat to have provided this script (e.g. as a link to mariadb_config), but it's not. This might not be a bug at all, but I have not yet found where debian gnu/linux provides a suitable mysql_config file for use with libmariadb in compatibiluty mode, so maybe this is an oversight. If not, feel free to simply close this bug.
