Dear Maintainer,
Currently php-imagick package can't be installed with PHP 7.3:
[n][/etc]# aptitude install php7.3-imagick
"php7.3-imagick" exists in the package database, but it is not a real package
and no package provides it

Trying to install php-imagick installs php7.0:

But imagick is not available for PHP7.3.
Also, even if installed from 7.0 package it's not compatible (binary) with 7.3:
