Hello,

I've taken a look at this issue and I believe that in theory the file
"smokeping_secrets" should not be managed by the package as a config
file at all.

...however while trying to patch the package for this, I relized the
following:

 * smokeing absolutely *wants* to have "secrets=" defined
 * the file pointed to by "secrets=" *must* exist
 * setting "secrets=/dev/null" (this would arguably be a very ugly hack)
does not work: smokeping wants a plain file

so we're stuck here. if we want the default configuration to work and
have a functional service right after install, we need to deploy the
file and point configuration to it.

... maybe something that could work would be to touch the file from
postinst, but I'm not yet convinced this is so great.
