Hello dear maintainer,

sorry to bother you. It was my fault. Due to some trouble with a
misconfigured mysql installation that wouldn't purge and reinstall I
ended up deleting everything in my system that had the name "mysql" in
it. After successfully re-installing all mysql-related packages I
hadn't noticed that sqlalchemy had a file mysql-soundso as well. After
reinstallation of sqlalchemy all is fine.

Please close the bug.

Best regards, boblatest
