Just adding this info here as well (original discussion here #896468): libjs-chart.js is now built from its node source and is updated to 2.7.3. Once all reverse dependencies migrate to libjs-chart.js I plan to file removal request for ruby-rails-assets-chartjs. Alternatively if at least one reverse dependency maintainer confirms libjs-chart.js is working fine, I can add a Provides: libjs-chartjs and file removal request.
