NEWS.Debian.gz only mentions INSTALL.md, which doesn't mention PERMISSIONS.md . which in turn doesn't mention INSTALL.md. In fact the latter two should be combined... or put all permission discussion into PERMISSIONS.md only. README.Debian is now obsolete too, and should be removed, along with its mention on the man page. P.S., also mention in the docs what is wrong with simply doing # adduser norfleberry input Also in Suggests: add the name of the package that contains setfacl etc. and mention it in INSTALL.md / PERMISSIONS.md.
