Unfortunately, without knowing what exactly was mounted on /lib/init/rw if anything, I don't think that there is much we can do, can we? Was anyone able to reproduce this, is it confirmed that it happened on more than one system and even that it really depended on systemd? Also obviously, /lib/init/rw is not in use anymore so we're not likely to get new developments. -- Pierre Ynard
