Package: gnome-menus Version: 3.31.4-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Upon trying to install the latest Discord .deb package, I have come across this issue. Exploring the contents of the Discord .deb file, I could find nothing related to gnome-menus in particular so I'm assuming the problem is in the gnome-menus package and not deriving from installing a third-party .deb. As a workaround, I deleted my gnome-menus package, installed the Discord .deb and then reinstalled gnome-menus (which is required by menulibre, otherwise I'd just leave it uninstalled). Through this workaround, every step worked normally without any errors or warnings. A big thank you to everyone involved in maintaining these packages! Here's the console output in question: root@hydra:/tmp# dpkg -i discord-0.0.8.deb (Reading database ... 263433 files and directories currently installed.) Preparing to unpack discord-0.0.8.deb ...
